Sovereign Society is a nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Because we are recognized under Section 501(c)(3), contributions to Sovereign Society are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, and gifts under IRC Sections 2055, 2106, and 2522.
Every donation to Sovereign Society will be acknowledged with a receipt for your tax records. For any single contribution of $250 or more, IRS rules require us to provide you with a written acknowledgment before you can claim a tax deduction for that gift — and we will always send this to you promptly, regardless of gift size.
Your receipt will include:
Please retain your receipt for your tax records. For donations under $250, your own bank or credit card statement is generally sufficient documentation, but we will still provide a receipt for every gift, of any amount.
Research and education are only part of the picture. Turning promising results into real, lasting change also means doing the unglamorous work of building relationships, securing funding, and making sure the data behind this model is solid enough to stand up to scrutiny. Your donation helps fund all of it.
