Nicholas Wilt, Managing Director

Nicholas Wilt is an entrepreneur, author, advocate, and renowned problem-solver whose life and career have been defined by overcoming adversity and helping others navigate difficult challenges. In 2018, he founded a law firm as a non-attorney in one of the few jurisdictions that permits non-lawyers to own law firms. His practice focused on complex federal litigation and civil disputes involving substantial assets and property interests.

In 2022, after bringing on a partner, the firm became Wilt & Kraft PLLC, earning recognition for representing individuals and businesses affected by government overreach, COVID-era restrictions, and religious discrimination claims. The law firm later expanded through the acquisition of a respected litigation boutique, forming Wilt Toikka Kraft LLP. Under Nicholas's leadership, the practice grew to seven-figure annual revenue and successfully represented clients nationwide in complex litigation against federal agencies and large corporations. In 2025, he transitioned his entrepreneurial and advocacy experience into luxury and investment real estate, where he now serves clients throughout Austin and Central Texas.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nicholas is a survivor of severe childhood abuse and the author of a memoir chronicling his journey of confronting trauma, breaking cycles of silence, and rebuilding a meaningful life. His own recovery experience revealed the profound lack of resources, community, and support available to men who have experienced childhood trauma.
